Studio 819 is an environmentally-sensitive development, using sustainable building methods and incorporating environmentally-friendly features designed to ensure its long-term energy-efficiency and sustainability. As such, the project has achieved LEED for Homes certification at a Platinum level and is pursuing CALGreen Building Codes.
