Community

Dedicated to enriching the communities we build in.

At ROEM, building up the community is equal in priority to building high-quality, affordable housing. In order to foster that sense of community among all residents, our generous resident services budget includes free after-school homework centers, resident computer centers, health and safety seminars, and adult-education programs. We also provide a free library in each of our carefully planned developments with more than 2,000 books.

ROEM community residents are offered a variety of complimentary educational classes and trips. We provide local trips to the store and doctors’ offices. Classes include cooking, ESL (English as a Second Language), summer reading programs, winter science programs, and ongoing arts & crafts. We keep our residents fit with exercise classes for adults, and ballet and Tae Kwan Do for the children. Our centers also host birthday and holiday parties, and potluck gatherings. Absolutely all our enriching services are provided free of charge to our residents.
