ROEM’s established construction division is seasoned in the construction of multifamily housing for new ROEM developments as well as third-party owners and developers throughout California since being founded, licensed and bonded in 1988.
ROEM Builders, Inc. has built strong working relationships with qualified subcontractor, inspector, and consultant teams which enable smoother construction periods and result in higher-quality builds.
ROEM is actively pursuing new 3rd party multifamily construction and preconstruction opportunities throughout California.
