Camino del Rey Apartments is a new construction, affordable senior apartment community located in Santa Clara, California. Located along El Camino Real, Camino del Rey is designed to provide a comfortable and affordable community for its residents while enhancing the existing neighborhood. The three story “C” shaped building wraps itself around an enclosed landscaped courtyard, which acts as an outdoor extension of the community room with pedestrian access to parking and entry spaces. The architectural style of the project utilizes a mission-style uniform color scheme with contrasting materials and details with subtle punches of accent color in architectural features.
