Job Purpose

Liaison between the project manager and the technical disciplines involved in the project. Provides support to the Project Manager and communicates project status through technical reports.



Example: Assist project manager and pre-construction division in distributing and tracking contract documents and bid packages. Creates and maintains buyout log. Obtains schedule of values and rate sheets from subcontractors. Reviews subcontractor proposals for compliances and assists in final selections.

Construction activities

Example: Prepares and tracks RFI’s and submittals. Attends and participates in OAC meetings. Distributes, tracks and obtain costs for ASI’s, OSI’s and bulletins. Coordinates with Superintendents and other field personnel to process photos and assemble documents for monthly progress reports.

Budget management

Example: Assists in processing draw schedules, Manages cost for office supplies for the field office, coordinates with accounting on commitment and draw schedule processing and acts as a liaison between subcontractor/vendors and accounting.

Post Construction

Example: Assists in closing out all accounts, archives construction files, prepares and processes warranty and close out books.


  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Procore, Timberline)
  • Solid history in working on multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize duties accordingly.
  • General office and accounting skills
  • Must have the ability to work with others in a professional manner.


Frequent standing, sitting, walking grounds or job-site, stooping, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, framed structures, driving a vehicle, fine hand manipulation (Keying/Mouse), reaching, occasional lifting or carrying objects of up to 30lbs. Exposure to loud noises, high elevations and extreme heat and cold.
