The Housing Trust of Santa Clara County
ROEM pledged $50,000 to the Housing Trust of Santa Clara County.
The Housing Trust develops specific, desperately needed housing through an innovative blend of corporate and
community investors. Their strategies turn each dollar raised into an investment ten-fold in value. Thanks to
the Housing Trust, the Santa Clara Valley can not only be a wonderful place to live, but a more affordable place
to call home.
ROEM actively supports these organizations that tackle the causes and effects of homelessness:
ECH LifeBuilders (Formerly Emergency Housing Consortium)
EHC LifeBuilders is the leading provider of shelter, housing opportunities, and supportive services to people in
crisis and those experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley.
Second Harvest Food Bank (SHFB)
SHFB collects and distributes more than 30 million pounds of food each year to low-income children, adults and
seniors. The Food Bank currently serves an average of 162,000 individuals each month; nearly 60% are families
with dependent children.
