Enriching Our Communities
At ROEM, building the community is equal in priority to building affordable luxury housing. For example, each one of our carefully planned developments includes a free library with more than 2,000 books. And our resident services budget includes free after school homework centers, resident computer centers, health and safety seminars, and adult education programs.
ROEM community residents are offered a variety of complimentary educational classes and trips. Trips include local plays, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and San Francisco's many destinations. We even provide local trips to the store and doctors offices. Classes include cooking, drumming, ESL (English as a Second Language), summer reading programs, winter science programs, and ongoing arts & crafts. We keep our residents fit with exercise classes for adults, and ballet and Tae Kwan Do for the children. Our centers also host birthday and holiday parties, and potluck gatherings. Absolutely all our enriching services are provided free of charge to our residents.
Charitable Partnerships
In addition to providing a myriad of free services within our communities, ROEM has partnered with upwards of 40 local non-profit groups including The Children's Discovery Museum, The Housing Trust of Santa Clara County, MACLA, and Lyndale Elementary School.
