South Hills Crossing is a new construction, affordable multifamily apartment community located in San Luis Obispo, CA. This industrial/craftsman-style development sits on a 1.53-acre site, which will consist of three buildings with three stories of construction and will provide 43 affordable residential units surrounded by surface parking with 66 parking spaces.

This $14.1 million project will be an environmentally sustainable development. To that end, South Hills Crossing has achieved USGBC LEED-H Platinum certification.
