Montecito Vista is located at the Esfahan Drive & Monterey Road in San Jose and is comprised of 30 acres of 832 units and 18,000 square feet of retail.
This project has a strongly organized site plan design, with clear axis pathways aligning with central green space. We are creating a "Village" with smaller neighborhoods within this Village. Each neighborhood has a unique Italian theme appearance. The Italian influenced architectural elements can be found everywhere: towers, deep recessed windows, arched openings and windows, centralized garden, etc. The project is a beautiful gateway at the southern part of San Jose.
