ROEM Homeowners are backed by a caring customer service program committed to helping you keep your home in top condition. In addition to our partner-sponsored home-buying seminars and home buyer orientations, our customer service department is available to respond to your inquiries and requests.

At ROEM, customer service begins before you ever move in. At orientation of your newly purchased home, you will meet a ROEM customer service representative who will provide instruction and training while answering your questions about how various components work. At this time you will be introduced to a homeowner maintenance schedule, some specifics about your limited home warranty, and engaged in a whole-house review to ensure your new home meets the quality promised and expected.

In addition to a strong customer service program, your homeowner manuals and contract documents can be an important source of information. If you live in a community with a homeowners association, the governing documents can provide you a wealth of community-specific information.
