The site plan has been designed so that the buildings when grouped create two large courtyards. These 'outdoor rooms' house the areas of public activity. The west courtyard includes a large lawn area and a tot-lot. The east courtyard offers an olympic size swimming pool and a spa with related pool deck and landscaping.

At the south end of the east courtyard is the leasing and community center. This building will provide space for many uses that will benefit the residents; including an office for the social services coordinator, a leasing and management area, weight room, lounge, restrooms and a computer-learning center. The use of these spaces and plaza created between the two wings of the leasing and community center create an active and lively focal point for this project.
