ROEM Development has provided 160 apartment units arranged in an interlocking pattern such that the courtyards are fully protected from vehicular traffic. Residents using these courtyards will enjoy maximum privacy and quietness. The two courtyards possess distinct characters to accommodate the different needs for the residents: one courtyard is designed for swimming activity; the other one is for children, which can also be used for barbecue gatherings.
