ROEM is looking for an experienced multi-family housing professional with minimum 5 years of hands-on management of type V buildings, both on podium and slab on grade. Steady and verifiable employment history required.
This position's major responsibilities include working with supervisory positions to execute the following:

Oversee, manage and maintain a construction project from initial stages of site improvements and on through the final certificates of occupancies and/or end user walks and city inspections. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Manage a small staff of Project Engineers, Assistant Superintendents and Forman / Field Engineers depending on job size

Coordinate schedules, plans, specifications and design with owner's representative, subcontractors, architects and consultants.

Facilitate all city inspections and inspectors walks.

Daily and weekly reporting.

Maintain safety compliance and Cal-OSHA safety requirements.

Negotiate additional work as needed in the field.
Expected credentials include a minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction supervision, a college degree, and a firm understanding of the construction process and ability to perform to schedules, closings, and milestones.
